Dina Rose Rivera is an actor, dancer, choreographer, playwright and dance educator based in New York City. She has performed in theater, musical theater, TV, films and dance companies in NYC and throughout the world. Performing highlights include Money Lab: Untitled Theater Co. #61 at Here, Semmelweis with American Opera Project, the Off-Broadway production of the adaptation of Paul Auster's novel City of Glass at the Ohio Theater (Read more here), and the role of "The Pretty Lady" in the opera The Nose at the Metropolitan Opera in 2010 and 2013 in which she worked with the director and artist William Kentridge during the original workshop and premiere. She has been seen in numerous campaigns for ads including AMEX and SONY with Justin Timberlake. She has worked with world renowned directors such as Joel Shumaker, Mike Newell and fashion photographer, Nigel Barker. In 2013 she was featured in People Magazine's Most Beautiful Women issue. She recently appeared as Audrey Hepburn in the award winning film, The Great Unknown with Olympia Dukakis. She is an advocate for dance education in schools and is currently on the faculty at Avenues: The World School in Manhattan as the dance specialist.
